The
Lynn Department of Community Development is responsible for
obtaining and administering federal and state funds for a wide
array of development initiatives, community facility projects
and public service activities.
This
involves:

the design, construction & oversight of public infrastructure
improvements |
| >
the rehabilitation of both historic and non-historic buildings |
| >
renovation to recreational areas |
The
Lynn Department of Community Development currently administers
the City's Community Development Block Grant, as well as Section
108 Loans to private entities for economic development and job
creation purposes. |
